“With a background in documentary photography I love capturing people in the moment. My brief for our two day shoot out at the Scenic Rim was to capture the experience of going from paddock to plate, with guests set to visit both producers and providores in the region. This project created a photography library for Local Taste Discoveries to draw from. I followed up with a written content package to accompany images with research that spoke to the local environment, history and food culture of the region that would be discovered during the tour. ”
